We do not charge for postage and delivery. Where possible, orders will be posted to fit through your letter box, allowing for you to receive Lovewise resources at your convenience.
Orders are processed Monday-Friday only. Your order will be processed either on the same working day or the next working day based on office opening hours. Orders are normally posted via Royal Mail to arrive with you in 2-3 working days. Should there be any delay to your order we will let you know at the point of purchase, via the confirmation email. In the unlikely event that your order is out of stock we will contact you to offer you an alternative date for you to receive the resource, a suitable alternative resource or a refund.
We will deliver the products ordered by you to the address you give us for delivery at the time you make your order. It is, however, your responsibility to provide us with accurate delivery address details. Where there is obvious error we will endeavour to check or verify addresses supplied by you.
You will become the owner of the products you have ordered when they have been delivered to you. Once products have been delivered to you they will be held at your own risk and we will not be liable for their loss or destruction.
For online purchases payment in full must be made before the order can be processed. If you order via phone or email, payment will be expected within 28 days of the invoice date.

At no time will Lovewise store your credit or debit card details.
If you have a promotional or discount code, you must enter this in the shopping basket page before proceeding to the checkout page. Codes must be used within any validity dates specified.
The security of the information given to Lovewise is very important to us. We ensure that there are appropriate controls and procedures in place to protect personal details. Information given in a physical form is stored in a locked cabinet or room and on a cloud system with sensitive files secured with a password.
Although every effort will be taken to robustly secure and protect your information, the internet cannot be guaranteed to be 100% secure. Therefore, you submit data at your own risk.
We will regularly review those who have access to information we hold to ensure that your details are only accessible by appropriately trained and authorised staff.
Refund / Sale or Return
In some cases you may want to review a product before fully purchasing. If this is the case you will need to contact the Lovewise office directly. The resource(s) will be sent to you on a sale or return basis. If you are happy with the resource we expect full payment, if not you are to return the resource to the Lovewise office within 3 months of the date of purchase. You will not have to pay for the resource but you will have to pay for the postal cost of returning the resource(s) to us.
If you require a refund, your request has to be made within 14 days of receiving the resource. Your request must be made directly to the Lovewise office via email at email@example.com or by phone at 0191 281 3636.
